Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States.
- Standard Shipping — $8.99 for orders under $39.00
- Free Standard Shipping — on all orders of $39.00 or more
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
